Lava Iris X1 Mini and Iris X1 Grand launched for Rs. 4348 and Rs. 7326

Lava has launched Iris X1 Mini and Iris X1 Grand, the company’s latest budget smartphones in the Iris X1 Series. It Iris X1 mini has a 4-inch WVGA screen and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, while the Iris X1 Grand has a 5-inch FWVGA IPS screen and is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek processor. Both the smartphones run on Android 4.4.2 (KitKat). It promises Android 5.0 (Lollipop) update for the Iris X1 Grand. Both these smartphones have the same design of last year's Iris X1. Commenting on the launc, Navin Chawla, Vice President & Head Product, Lava International Ltd., said: We are overwhelmed with the great response that we have received for our LAVA Iris X1 over the past 6 months. In an endeavour to continue to give our users the same experience with upgraded features and form factor we have decided to add two new members to the Iris X1 family.
